Ugly Dumpling is a 10/10! Alan welcomed us warmly and escorted us to our table. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was outstanding. Soda was our server and provided excellent service with a great attitude and vibe throughout the meal. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect. The food was delicious, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend Ugly Dumpling for both the amazing food and exceptional hospitality!
I must say I was extremely impressed by this establishment. The food was absolutely delicious. Fresh and warm, The service was great as well very fast and kind service people. Their soup dumplings were to die for also the fried dumplings were extremely delicious. That sauce is OMG and the fried rice you could tell was made fresh not something that’s been sitting there for a while. Great job ugly dumpling I will be returning.
Omg there were so many good things. From the food, to the staff and the atmosphere. The manager was so friendly. The apps we tried and the main course meals were good even the green tea lychee with the boba to go was delicious and the cup I saved amazing. Go try it out. I have to return to try more stuff cause we were full.
